Senior Manager, HR Relationship Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the team to provide advisory and support on HR matters, including strategies for recruitment, people management, team structure and deployment
  • Build relations with TMs, supervisors & managers
  • Leads the HODs to understand issues, develop and lead implementation of pragmatic HR solutions
  • Partner with the HR Specialist Team to develop HR policies and framework

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of HR experience; spent the last 5 years in managing teams
  • A dynamic and creative individual who thrives in a demanding and fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

 

Salary Grade: Management 3
