Senior Executive / Executive, Business Development-Genting Rewards (Loyalty Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • Assist to implement planned Genting Rewards and Casino programs, perform day-to-day operations, admin and system support, such as collaterals preparation and vendor liaison
  • Oversee new partnerships exposure that aligns with the formulated strategy for better membership acquisition and retention, ensure good relationship with existing partners for continuous improvement on Genting Rewards loyalty program
  • Prepare reports for tracking and analysis of all marketing campaigns and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Liaising with all relevant Business Units and stakeholders involved in ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to details and good time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timeline is met
  • Able to work independently and in a team, on weekends and public holidays to support and ensure all marketing campaigns are rolled out
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationship with vendors and internal stakeholder
