Manager / Assistant Manager, Attractions Promotions


  • Manage pricing & promotions strategies for S.E.A. Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark, Dolphin Island and the Maritime Experiential Museum
  • Manage annual/season pass programmes to increase acquisition, retention and repeat visitation
  • Establish, track and report on key performance indicators
  • Ensure product positioning and communications are in line with organization objectives


  • Diploma in Business/ Hospitality/ Project Management, Biological Science, or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of Membership Management / Loyalty Marketing / Marketing experience
  • Candidate with experience in an operational role (Sales, Guest Services, Membership Services) will have an added advantage
  • Strong coordination, interpersonal and communications skills
