Head, Revenue Management

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement pricing and marketing strategies to drive revenue
  • Ensure inventory management and pricing strategies are executed in hotel systems and distribution channels
  • Work closely with market segments and product stakeholders to implement action plans for revenue maximization
  • Act as custodian for handling, coordinating and communicating product promotions with stakeholders and operations team

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Rooms Yield Management in tourism-related industries
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Grade: M2
