Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and plan sales strategies for regional markets
  • Drive revenue achievement for regional markets
  • Build rapport with key account stakeholders and industry-related associations and network
  • Lead team to achieve KPIs and business process improvements

Requirements

  • Degree, with at least 10 years of relevant experience as Director of Sales in 5-star hotels
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with experience managing large teams in tourism-related industries are preferred

Salary Grade: M1
