Guest Services Ambassador, Membership Services


  • Deliver excellent service and maximize guests’ experience by understanding and meeting their expectations
  • Perform membership-related services such as card application and rewards redemption for campaigns, promotion and events
  • Actively address guest feedback to improve and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Familiar with all campaigns, promotions and events in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests


  • Meet Casino Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Levels or equivalent with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Relevant customer service experience within the hospitality industry
  • Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
