Guest Services Ambassador, Business Development-VIP Reservations


  • Handle and process calls and emails from VIP members
  • Coordinate with internal departments to satisfy the guests’ requests on the arrangements of Casino premium services
  • Ensure bookings and requests for VIP members are processed accurately, timely, and efficiently to achieve excellent service standards
  • Handle and resolve guests’ feedback in a professional manner


  • Meet Casino Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Relevant customer service experience in call centre or hotel environment. Prior experience in Opera system is an advantage.
  • Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
