Executive, Business Development-Membership & Guest Services

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service and maximize guests’ experience by understanding and meeting their expectations
  • Render services to guests, e.g. membership card application, rewards redemption, room reservations, limousine bookings, purchase or booking of air tickets, attraction tickets and booking of within/outside of RWS facilities etc.
  • Actively address guest feedback to improve and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Familiar with all campaigns, promotions and events in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests

Requirements

  • Meet Casino Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Levels or equivalent with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Relevant customer service experience within the hospitality industry
  • Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
