Executive, Business Development- Guest Services

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service and maximize guests’ experience by understanding and meeting their expectations
  • Keep abreast of all in-house programs, promotions and events in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests
  • Assist in operational procedures (e.g. data entry and data recording
  • Maintain compliance with all SOPs and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Meet Casino Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking guests. Additional language ability (Bahasa Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Malay) will be advantageous to handle guests from the respective regions.
