Executive, Business Development-Genting Rewards (Loyalty Marketing)


  • Assist to implement planned Genting Rewards and Casino programs, perform day-to-day operations, admin and system support, such as collaterals preparation and vendor liaison
  • Oversee new partnerships exposure that aligns with the formulated strategy for better membership acquisition and retention, ensure good relationship with existing partners for continuous improvement on Genting Rewards loyalty program
  • Prepare reports for tracking and analysis of all Casino marketing campaigns and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Liaising with all relevant Business Units and stakeholders involved in ensuring the smooth execution of all Casino marketing campaigns


  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to details and good time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timeline is met
  • Able to work independently and in a team, on weekends and public holidays support the execution of Casino marketing campaigns, promotions and tournaments
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationship with vendors and internal stakeholders

Salary Grade: Executive 2 (E2)
