Director / Assistant Director, Business Development (Regional)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee overall strategies for all areas of responsibility
  • Responsible for the sales and marketing functions, business development and management of credit lines
  • Maintain high service standards and smooth running of department’s operations
  • Identify and analyse potential market segments to achieve acquisition and retention targets
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service standards

Requirements

  • Degree in Business / Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum ten years of Casino business development experience in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to handle English and Mandarin speaking guests, additional knowledge of Asia regional languages (e.g. Bahasa Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Malay) will be advantageous to handle guests from the respective regions
  • Based in Singapore with ad-hoc travel when required
