  • Responsible for the collection of consistent, useful and accurate survey data on a daily basis, ensuring daily survey numbers are met.
  • Providing Guests with information, direction, and assistance whenever required.
  • Ensuring confidential/sensitive data are maintained; ensuring compliance with Personal Data Protection Act.
  • Ensuring various administrative duties and paperwork as assigned by the Lead team.


  • GCE ‘N’ Level/ ‘O’ Level/ ITE Certificate/ Diploma in Tourism, or any other relevant discipline
  • Able to understand the importance of accurate data collection to the long term planning of guests’ future experiences
  • Passion towards Customer service and Guest interactions

Salary Grade: OP3 Grade
