RWS partners Community Chest for Charity in the Park 2016
On 30 January, Universal Studios Singapore played host to the inaugural Community Chest Charity in the Park where 4,000 donors and beneficiaries went on rides and shows, and tucked into a spread of ASEAN hawker fare. Co-organised with Resorts World Sentosa, the event raised more than $2.3 million to help more than 80 charities supported by Community Chest.

1,400 aRWSome Wishes came true
Christmas came early for 1,400 children beneficiaries and their families - when they got a sneak peek of Santa's All-Star Christmas and brought home presents on 4 Dec.
Realised through aRWSome Wishes, this year saw Team Members collectively contributing more than $30,000 for the gifts. We also had the support of nine partner banks and organisations, such as MasterCard, who contributed to the funds as well as providing volunteers for the event.
Students Get Creative At Recycling Art Competition
Inspired by nature, students from 29 primary and 29 secondary schools took part in the first nationwide Recycling Art Competition. Organised by RWS in collaboration with Woodgrove Secondary School and supported by the National Environment Agency, the competition had students submit entries created from recyclable items such as plastic, cans, paper, and glass bottles.
