Administrative Executive


  • Coordinate and provide administrative and personnel support services to meet administrative and operational requirements
  • Perform accurate documentation, reports and filing duties, provide assistance in all administrative matters including meeting minutes
  • Draft and ensure documentation complies with Company policies
  • Perform scheduling and authorizing swipes in Virtual Roster and coordinating purchases between department and Procurement team


  • Minimum ‘O’ Levels
  • Minimum three years experience in a relevant field
  • Basic knowledge of business administration, knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Good command of spoken and written English

Salary Grade: E Grades
